From Head to Heart is a retreat for people who feel ready to live closer to themselves. Not because anything is wrong, but because they sense there’s more ease, truth, and alignment available than what daily life currently allows.
You might already be self-aware. You might have “done the work”: therapy, journaling, courses, yoga, and yet still notice small but persistent frictions:

This week is a reset.
A warm, spacious container where insight becomes felt experience, and where change doesn’t have to be heavy to be real.
Think: Italian sunshine, nourishing food, slow mornings, deep rest, laughter, honest conversations, and practices that gently bring you out of your head and back into your body.
This retreat weaves together two complementary threads:

Through Human Design, you’ll explore how you’re naturally wired: how your energy works, how you make decisions, and what actually supports you when life gets busy.
No overwhelm. No labels to remember. No spiritual homework. Just a clear, usable map that helps things click and makes daily life feel simpler.

Through yoga, breathwork, cacao, and deep rest practices, we create the conditions for your nervous system to soften, so insights don’t stay in your head, they land in your body.
This is where things shift: not by forcing change, but by releasing what was never yours to carry. You’ll leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more trusting of your inner yes/no, with tools you can actually keep using once you’re home.
There is depth available, but this is not six days of intense processing.
It’s a holiday with soul, designed to help you feel both alive and well-rested.
☀️ Mornings: arriving into your body
Quiet, spacious starts: sunrise walks, gentle movement, yoga, breath, and meditation to wake up your energy and set the tone for the day. Less rush, more presence.
🌤️ Midday workshops: clarity with lightness
Practical, grounded sessions that bring insight and momentum without intensity.
Human Design for decision-making and energy, plus supportive practices like belief work and inner journeys, confidence-building, not overwhelming.
⛅ Afternoons: space
Time to rest, integrate, journal, read, nap, wander, swim, or do absolutely nothing (properly).
Some afternoons include optional mini-adventures like an excursion to Orte or a soak in nearby hot springs.
🌙 Evenings: the downshift
Breathwork, cacao, and deep rest practices such as yoga nidra. This is where the day lands: the mind quiets, the body softens, the heart opens, and whatever’s ready to move can do so, without force.
Human Design (practical & grounded)
A clear introduction to your energetic blueprint, frictions from conditioning or misalignment, with guidance you can apply to aligned decisions, relationships, and daily rhythm.
Breathwork (release & reset)
Guided breath journeys to release stored tension, unwind old patterns, and create space for new choices to feel natural.
Supporting practices

We’ll be staying at Nesting Away, a peaceful retreat space in the countryside near Rome, surrounded by nature, open skies, and just enough quiet to let your nervous system finally exhale.
The house has plenty of cozy corners to read or nap, a swimming pool for slow afternoons and sun-soaked breaks, shared spaces for long meals and good conversations, and nature all around for walks, journaling, or simply doing nothing. It’s close enough to charming Italian towns like Orte for optional excursions, but far enough from daily noise to truly disconnect.
During your free time, you may want to visit La Cascatta delle Marmore, one of Italy's tallest waterfalls, explore the Parco dei Mostri, or relax at the Saturnia hotsprings.
The venue is easily accessible by public transport (train and bus) from Rome Fuimicino Airport, which takes approximately 2 hours.
However, if you want to explore surrounding towns and nature and historical sites, we would recommend you to rent a car at the airport.
Closer to the retreat, we will create a WhatsApp group with all the participants to arrange some carpooling if needed.

Jimena is the founder of Everoots and a certified Systemic Coach and Human Design practitioner, trained in Silva Method alpha meditation, working at the intersection of energetic alignment, embodied leadership, and regenerative living, also informed by 10+ years in customer experience, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. Her work focuses on helping people understand how they’re wired, identify where conditioning and misalignment shows up, and translate insight into practical, aligned ways of navigating life and work. Her passion lies in helping people to build and lead the businesses they’re meant for, in ways that are aligned with who they truly are, so success feels natural, not forced. Her approach is grounded, strategic, actionable, and focused on integration rather than theory.
Amélie - Breathwork, Yoga & Somatic Healing
Amélie is a breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher who creates spaces for people to step out of overthinking and back into their bodies She guides breathwork journeys and cacao ceremonies that help release built-up stress, unwind old emotional patterns, and bring a deeper sense of ease and self-trust. Her work is especially supportive for self-aware, growth-oriented people who have already done personal development work, yet still notice familiar loops around relationships, decisions, or how they respond to pressure. With a grounded, practical approach, she weaves breath, gentle body awareness, and deep rest practices, so insights don’t stay in the mind, they become something you can actually live. At the heart of her facilitation is a simple intention: to help participants feel at home in themselves again, and leave with tools they can use long after the retreat.
Together, Jimena and Amélie create a balanced container that combines clarity (mind) + release (body) + integration (heart).

How to book
Your place is confirmed once you complete the booking form and your deposit / first payment is received.
You can choose to pay in full or pay in two instalments.
Payment options
Pay in full: total amount due at the time of booking.
Two instalments:
1st payment (deposit) of 30% of the amount due at the time of booking
2nd payment due one month later
Final payment deadline
The retreat must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
If you book within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email).
More than 2 months before the retreat:
You will receive a 100% refund minus a €100 administrative fee.
1 to 2 months before the retreat:
You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 1 month before the retreat:
No refund is available, unless your spot can be filled from the waitlist.
If your spot is filled, we will refund the amount paid minus the €100 administrative fee.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes, illness, or cancellations, so you feel fully supported if plans shift.
This retreat is for people who are already somewhat self-aware and curious about living more in alignment with themselves. It’s ideal if you want clarity that’s felt in the body, not just understood mentally. However, may not be a good fit if you’re looking for: a high-intensity, emotionally confrontational experience; a strictly physical fitness or yoga training retreat; a fully unstructured holiday with no guided practices; quick fixes or dramatic “breakthrough” promises. The work is deep but gentle, and designed for integration rather than pushing limits.
INCLUDED : 6 days / 5 nights accommodation at Nesting Away, all scheduled practices and workshops (Human Design, breathwork, yoga, cacao, meditation, rituals), Group Human Design sessions (chart sent in advance), daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner at location, one Italian cooking experience, use of the pool and shared spaces. NOT INCLUDED : Flights or transportation to/from the retreat location, food outside of the location, travel insurance, optional off-site activities.
No. All practices are guided and accessible. This retreat is suitable for beginners as well as those with previous experience.
Comfortable clothing for movement and rest, a light jacket or layers for evenings, swimwear (for the pool and possible hot springs), walking shoes, any personal items that help you feel comfortable and grounded.
